Outages

Since May 12, 2025, my area has had at least 27 service interruptions or complete outages. It’s always the same answer, either repairs or upgrades. Nobody can provide an ETA on when said repairs and or upgrades will be completed. All the while, we are expected to pay full price for completely unreliable service. [Edited: "All Caps"]

Please understand than many of the outages that may affect you are not under the control of xfinity. Line work by any entity that uses them can affect your signal.  If line is being replaced, moved, etc by another entity, xfinity has no control, and no knowledge of how long it will take.  If there is regular spring line maintenance in your area, there may be times when you lose your signal.  You can always check the status of outages in your area in the app.  Also, please understand that it is the same with ALL ISPs.  If your area has been affected by storms this year, that would explain the higher number of outages, as damaged lines, poles, transformers, etc are replaced.
