Outages

This is the most unreliable internet service! Looking at changing companies. I don’t know anybody else who uses other companies that experiences this many outages. This is ridiculous. I come home and maybe my internet works and maybe it doesn’t. As a consumer, I’m expected to pay my bill every month. As a business, you are expected to provide the service I’m paying for.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
