Outages

Outage around 4pm, says repair by 5:45pm. This has happened now for the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks. The same problem?!!! Xfinity doesn't even give you credit for a problem that's theirs and evidently can't be fixed. I remember credit use to be automatically applied to your bill and bills weren't as astronomical as they are now! I'm going to have to drop xfinity.

user_fns51g We know service interruptions are never a great experience for our customers as our repair team will work hard to get them resolved. We have opened up a feature that will allow you to request these types of credits. You will go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/status and scroll down to the Tips section at the bottom of the page. Where it says "You may be eligible for a credit. Check eligibility" click that link. A form launches to determine eligibility for the credit. From there you will simply just answer the questions.
