Outages

Over the last 6 weeks or so we have had an internet outage at least once a week, sometimes twice. The most recent was today from 9am - 2pm (the entire school day!). I’ve gotten some minuscule credits for these but I’m more concerned with the fact that Comcast continues to have weekly outages in our area. The credits do not help my kids be in virtual class or my husband be in meetings.

Very frustrating. We have been experiencing the same issue for a few weeks also. I have noticed that connection seems to be lost when windy outside. Restarting the modem has helped up until the last 3 days. I finally put a work order in today. Currently without internet after repeatedly needing to restart the modem 😣
