Outages in North Little Rock AR (72118) Every Day for More than a Week

Hello. There have been outages every day for multiple hours, and sporadic outages also every day, for over a week now in North Little Rock, Arkansas. When I go through the app prompts, I am told everything looks good 90% of the time. Sometimes it says there will be routine maintenance in our area scheduled to begin *the next day*.  This is making it impossible to me to work as my job is remote.  When I try to get help from Xfinity, all I get are the chat prompts every time instead of real help. Please help or COMMUNICATE what is going on to our community. We rely on you, and you are letting us down.  What is going on in this area?

On the outage map, it shows there is an outage nearby affecting 50-100 customers. It's shown this for eight days. My address is not included in the outage map and it says "Everything looks good on our end." But others nearby are reporting the same issue.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

72114 here. These outages are ridiculous. Been going on since 2023 and still occuring, haven't even gotten through January and we've been down 3 times already. It's out right now! I'm about to lose my job because of them, they are done cutting me slack. I know it's not the richest neighborhood, but we deserve to get what we pay for.
