Outages in my area
Outages are becoming a normal weekly thing in my area that sometimes lasts for an hour or more. My area never had these problems before the upgrades were done. This really needs to be looked into because no one area should have outages this frequently.

I have had construction going on in my area the last 2 years and having the same experience. I visited the xfinity retail location and the representative their told me they have been splitting nodes to support growth. Regardless, it has turned into a headache, terrible service, and poor customer service. Before all of this, I rarely had an issue in the 10 years I have been in my home.

Ever since they did work on the network equipment in my area around Feb 4, my connection drops several times a day. This is very disruptive since I work from home and my work is entirely online (I build web catalogs). I am actually looking at other services (such as Starlink) because of this issue. Additionally I have been trying to use their direct messaging here and their responses have taken at least 10 minutes. My last message to them with the verification code was 40 minutes ago with no response. Very disappointing.
