Outages every day
Every day since Monday I have outages every day. Last week outages every other day.
no one seems to be able to give information about what is going on, you call and get the infuriating IVR that tells you there is an outage in your area (surprisingly I already knew that) and then tells you an agent can’t help and hangs up.
the outages come and go. If you call when uts working the agent just tells you she sees a green light and do everything is fine. No acknowledgment that it has been out for hours every day, no mention of whether this will continue.
I work from home. I can’t just be left to guess if I will have internet connection or not on any day of the week.
You will have no customers soon if this is what you consider to be a service worth $80 a month.

I have been having the same issues. I am on my third modem. Out of all the techs I spoke with only one got me online again. One told me my modem was bad. The good tech said the same thing. I have a motorola modem and they told me that Xfinity has been making a lot of changes to their network and all the techs say that. I received a notice that there are outage issues in my area and they are going to address them from 1 - 3am on 2/20. Will see if it fixes anything. Customer service is all offshored and is horrible. An AT&T rep came by and told me they put in a fiber line and it is available. If things don't get fixed soon it will be bye bye Xfinity. The second modem I have was an old TP Link I used to use. It worked for 24 hours and stopped just about the same time I had issues on 2/18. Coincidence? hm

Same here. I just switched from Froniter and in the few months I have had Xfinity I have had more outages than I did over 8 years with Frontier. That is no exaggeration. Absolutely unacceptable and affecting my ability to work from home greatly. I'm losing work I'm in the middle of when these outages occur.

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. The original poster has not returned. 5-month-old dead thread is now being closed.
For future reference, it is better to submit your own separate post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on an old thread can delay getting help.
