Outages every day for multiple hours for months

Why do I keep having outages every single day. It has been going on for multiple months and is not showing signs of stopping ( I am currently experiencing an outage now). This [Edited: "Language"] has to stop or I will be canceling today to switch to one of the competing companies. I have been with Xfinity for years and experience nothing but problems and I am sick of it. Between customer service that is almost nonexistent because they rather have a useless bot try to fix problems. And the horrible overpriced service I am done. I don't see a point in staying loyal to a company that does absolutely nothing to help customers and everything to [Edited: "Language"] them over.

Just to clarify, can you tell me if, when the interruptions in service occur, you are seeing them being reported in the Xfinity app? Can you tell me how long the interruptions last for?

@XfinityBillie yes they are being reported in the app. The time they last varies sometimes it is 30 minutes sometimes they last hours. It has been going on for months

@Ketsueki I'm happy to take a look and see if we can determine what's happening. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
