Outages answers

We have been a customer since early 1990. Lately we have been experiencing more than usual total outages. We need to know what’s the problem because comcast has become unreliable.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

The outages are the same as what I have been experiencing here in the MN. They are upgrading everything to X-Class so hence all the outages. We are in the same boat and my speeds have suffered and I have jumped through many hoops including a new modem. My guess is the back end is nearly updated but the front end (modems) are not and I would believe it is a compatibility issue between the two.
