Outage

My internet service with xfinity is out since 8/11/26 since severe storm. Electric power restored 8/23/26 but no internet. Called xfinity and AI no help and live agents only say their is an outage in my area abd do not say what work is currently being done nor do they state when internet will be back in service. We have been through plenty in this town already and now to go through this lack of communication to us as customers. When will it be restored I want to know.
