outage

So, outages multiple times a day, every single day, up to 20 minutes at a time here in Colorado Springs. Xfinity straight up lied to us, offering Xfinity plus for free, went to store to collect said equipment, got pretty much lol’d at, and went home to more outages. Xfinity is the absolute worst isp ive ever encountered. Dishonest, horrible connectivity, dishonest, and they lie. Sensing a pattern here? Like, dishonesty, incompetence, and they lie?
