Outage

I live in Kings Bay Georgia and have had internet outages for the last 2 weeks, briefly coming on for a whole day or only several out of the day. I and my wife both work remote jobs and are losing several hundred dollars a day to only get 12 dollars in reimbursement. Can I get an explanation on why it goes out every day, for several hours and several times? Will I get a better reimbursement or for missing two weeks is only 12 dollars of the 130 dollars I pay for reliable internet. Can I get physical proof than an app that the internet doesn’t work so me and my wife do not get fired. This is unacceptable.

Our local teams work as quick, and safe as possible to restore service when then have been impacted. Often times service interruptions can occur due to local power concerns, and we have to work in conjunction with other local utility companies. The Xfinity App and Xfinity Status Center is the best place to check for service interruption status, and updates.
