This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/status  has great information on how you can view the current service interruptions in your area. Also via our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps  you can view the service interruption and even setup to be notified once the service interruption is resolved and services are back up and running

We never expect you to pay for services that are down due to an Xfinity service interruption, therefore we have this awesome self-service option for you to apply for credits for the downtime, just  visits xfinity.com/support/status, you will see the Tips in case of an outage section at the bottom of the page and can click the link, Check eligibility
