Hello user_7jx3x2, thank you for reaching out regarding that service interruption. Those are pretty frustrating to deal with, so I can only imagine what you've gone through. The best way to check the status of your interruption is by looking at your Xfinity app. If you'd prefer, you can also access the Xfinity Status Center to view updates once you're logged into the website, which would have the same information I have available as well as the app. We've also made it super easy to request a credit for a service interruption, and this hyperlinked Walkthrough can help you.
