Outage

My internet has been out since last Thursday.  No updates. Can't call and speak with anyone and can't chat with anyone.  The app has been saying repair in progress but no progress.  Can Xfinity give us a real up to date status on what's going on.  Our lights never went out during the storm.  I've missed 3 days of work because of this.

I'm terribly sorry that the service has been out for so long, and I would love to help out is any way I can. Unfortunately our details are limited for service interruptions that are impacting areas and the Xfinity app or status map are the best resources. I know looking at those resources and continuously seeing the same details is frustrating. Not to mention how this is keeping your from your work. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. We will try to dig into anything we can to help figure out a time frame for when the services will be restored.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
