Outage

I have had no internet connection this morning and have not received any text alerts or email notifications.

Try to call Xfinify but always route it to Xfinity assistance, not a live agent. This is frustrating. 

There should be a direct line to the live agent to resolve the issue.

This is the worst experience I have had. I will no longer be with Xfinity if this issue is not resolve.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
