Outage
I have no Internet for more than 14 hours.
The power in the house was restored long ago.
The customer service Xfinity worthless no any kind of service, not through the chat room not through the call.
No information when it’s gonna be restored
And would not let me request power outage credit.
No service of any sort!

@Nat20 We understand how frustrating it can be when services are out. It could be that the node that supplies service to you may still be out of power. The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
