Outage
8 months out of work and the better part of a hundred applications submitted, I have a Google Meet scheduled this morning with a corporate recruiter based in the UK for a role that fits perfectly.
90 [Edited: "Language"] seconds into the conversation, she is giving company overview and then BAM, OUTAGE! ~8AM PDT
I am aware this is not a question, but [Edited: "Language"]! This service is supposed to be rock solid. Is there an SLA? This was a critical call. What are we doing here?!

We never expect you to pay for services you cannot use due service interruption therefore we have a self-service link that you can obtain a credit for the downtime once the service is back up and running just visits https://www.xfinity.com/support/status has great information on checking on service interruptions in the area and when the expected resolution time is you can also check the same information Via amazing Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps you can even set up notifications to receive a text alert to be notified when the system is back up and running
