Outage

We have frequent outage in our area and losing the internet for most of the day.

With working remote, it's really frustrating with the frequent outage.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to to check it.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! We definitely want you to be able to rely on the services you pay for. @EG asked a great question... were you able to confirm that the issues you are experiencing are in fact service interruptions using the Status Center? This is really helpful in beginning to pinpoint where the issue is occurring.
