Outage VT (05403)
My Xfinity internet has been down for nearly 24 hours in South Burlington VT. The phone system says agents cannot help until the outage is resolved and disconnects me. Can someone provide a real update or escalation? I work from home at a nurse and need to know whether this is a major infrastructure issue or if a technician is needed.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
