Outage Information

My service has been out ALL day. I need an ETA when it will be back up. 

I work from home and east not able to work today. Lost wages for me.

user_4rab2m I can definitely understand how you're feeling as I work from home as well. Whenever there is a service interruption, I can assure you that our repair team will be working hard as they can to get it resolved as soon as possible. One of the best ways to keep up to date with this is with our Xfinity app. It will have the same updates that we can see on our end. Are you still currently experiencing an interruption?
