outage from 12/17 2:37 am and ongoing as of 12/18 8:03am - no response from xfinity on app or on phone, outage map does not update or ETA?
Anyone else experiencing this outage from 12/17/25 and on going 36 hours later? No response from Xfinity, on phone or message or app? Nothing seems to work, this must be a serious issue. I am near Lake Tapps and 98391
