Outage for 3 days straight
I work from home and my house has not had internet service for the past 3 days. This is so frustrating, especially because my work is at very high stakes with a deadline approaching end of week. I really need the internet service and the outage is now getting resolved, there's no way to contact customer service, and no communication what-so-ever, with price rates continuously rising. I'm thinking of cancelling xfinity at this point.

First. Check their site for any official info on local outages here;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

I also work from home and rely on my internet service for work, so I can understand how frustrating and stressful not having a consistent connection might be! Has the service interruption in your area been resolved since posting, or are you still without service?
