Outage Credits
I would like to know how it’s possible for xfinity to tell me Ive reached the maximum amount of outage credits. Our service BARELY works and for the last 2 days it has been out completely off and on. As someone who works from home, my internet connection is crucial to my income and livelihood. We have had technicians come out but nothing is ever resolved.
I can’t understand paying for a service that doesn’t work. If there were other internet providers in my area I would have switched and plan to immediately switch the moment one becomes available.
The irony of all of this is that when you try and chat with the Xfinity Assistant it says it can’t help you because your service is out! But you also won’t give me a credit for the outage?! Make this make sense!!
Extremely frustrated, annoyed and disgusted with Xfinity’s service and customer service. Will never recommend and will never sign up if given the opportunity to switch to other providers. My entire neighborhood feels the same. DO BETTER!!! And give us credits for the time when our internet is not working!! Why make us pay for nothing!? It’s criminal. And you are taking money out of my pocket.
