Outage but Xfinity says it isn’t

Our area had big storms last night and we woke up to no internet. Xfinity says there is no outage, but no one else on our street uses Xfinity. 
The last 4 times this has happened, a technician comes to our house and realizes the problem is not at our house. Then we wait another day or two for a street technician to come fix it. 
This time we couldn’t get an appointment until Tuesday. We have very little cell coverage at our house and I work from home. How do we get someone to come look at the street issue sooner?
