Outage and no one wants to help

I’ve had an outage for 4 days now and I’ve tried to get a hold of anybody multiple times but there entire call network hotline is all A.I it doesn’t send me direct to anyone so there’s nothing I can do this is ridiculous I want compensation for the 4 days my internet has been down and I need to speak to someone immediately
