Outage after non-Comcast company worked on lines
I'm not sure how to get a hold of someone for an issue like this. A company called Lineco was on my street today working on the lines. As they were working on them, I lost service. I figured that I would get reconnected when they finished up, but now they're gone and I'm still offline. I can only get a hold of tech support who has me go through the steps of restarting the modem, etc - then wants to schedule a next available appointment for 4 days out. Is there any way to get a hold of someone who can have the lines checked, or am I stuck waiting it out? I work from home so it's kind of a pain if I'll have to leave to work out of a coffee shop or something
