I just picked up my router/modem and it worked fine all day yesterday now it says out of range and my system shows connected. How do I fix this?

@user_gnwgu7 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your connection. Did you pick up your equipment from an Xfinity Store or is the router something you purchased?
