Our Internet goes out every day at 4AM.
this messes up all the doors, cameras and the rest of IOT devices that use WIFI. Please let us know when this will stop.

@user_f3dfaa We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand the concern. Can you tell me If you have already tried any troubleshooting steps, such as checking that the coaxial cable is secure at both modem and wall plate, sending a provisioning and reset signal to the modem via our amazing Xfinity app? Also, are you using your own modem or an Xfinity modem? Is there a stand-alone router and/or Wi-Fi extenders in use?

FWIW, the overnight hours are their window of opportunity for performing network maintenance / upgrades. This typically results in disconnections.
