Only getting one upstream bonded channel since yesterday.

Yesterday I lost my internet connection for about 2 hours. I checked the xfinity outage service and it said a technician had been working in the area and everything should be back to normal. Ever since then, I'm only able to connect to one upstream channel and my modem's (netgear cm500) log has a bunch of recurring errors. I don't have any splitters installed, just the modem going straight into the wall jack. I restarted the modem numerous times and tried a new coaxial cable with no change. I live in an apartment building so that's as far as I can check for problems on my end. I've linked screenshots of the various modem logs and signal info. Any help would be appreciated.
