Only getting 24mbps up on 100mbps up plan

My current plan is advertised as 100mbps upload, but I'm consistently receiving exactly 24mbps up. My modem is HitronTechonologies CODA which is listed a compatible device. How can I get the full 100mbps upload speed?

Besides having an approved modem or gateway, there are other requirements for the faster upload speeds. See https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/wiki/knowledgebase/next-generation-internet/ which lists these. Comcast could make all of this much clearer, but they have chosen not to do so.

Thanks for sharing that link. That's great info. My area is listed at https://www.xfinity.com/hub/internet/faster-upload-speeds and I meet all other eligibility requirements listed on that reddit page. Additionally, When looking at the same XFinity plan I have for addresses adjacent to me in a private browsing session average upload speeds are advertised as 114.98 mbps. Based on all of this it seems like I should be seeing 100mbps up, but it appears to be capped at exactly 24 mbps.

@user_zp6nuy Good afternoon! Thank you for sharing these details. I'd be happy to take a closer look on my end, and see if there is something that could be preventing the higher upload speed. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address we will be working with today?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
