ONLY CONNECTING TO EAST COAST SERVERS

I play a lot of ranked in call of duty. The problem is. I ONLY connect to east coast servers which is weird. I live in seattle which is a server. My location in game says im in everett. So why am I only connecting to servers in Atlanta and other places only in east coast? I do not have this problem whenever I use my ziply internet.

Everett washington, sorry. But still. I should be connecting to Seattle, Nevada, or california. Not these places on the other side of the country
