Online light off on modem

Hi, I got Xfinity less than a month ago and have had nothing but issues with it since then. I have the Xfinity modem and my service will randomly drop out and come back on with no rhyme or reason. Today, it has been out for 4+ hours. The only difference I can see from when it was on is that the “online” light on the modem is off. I can’t get through to a human on any customer service platform because of COVID. Anyone able to help?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
