Online light doesn’t wanna turn on

I have been trying to two days right about now and the light for the online hasn’t turned on and I called today to see what is up and all the AI assistant said is go to Xfinity app and try out the AI assistant and I would have like to call a live agent

I had this service for almost about a year in the same place and it is not a new installation or a new place.
