Ongoing Internet Outage (T3 Timeouts)
Hello,
I've been experiencing T3 timeouts on my modem/internet for about the past year or so. About 8 months ago I replaced the modem and router but the issue persisted. Then a few months ago I scheduled a technician visit. The technician stated nothing was wrong. A week ago I replaced the coax cable from the wall to my modem which seemed to fix the issue for a few days but the T3 timeouts are now reoccurring. I'm using an Arris Surfboard S33 modem and ASUS RT-AX58U AX3000 router.
For what it's worth, we've had Xfinity internet service for years now with no issues. Until about a year ago these T3 timeouts started occurring very frequently everyday. Some days worse than others.
