one website won't load right no matter what I try
On our website, we link to a partner microsite. I was always able to access the pages without issue until recently. When I go to the page, it looks like it loads, but the page itself is blank. The favicon and page name are present, and when I View Page Source, I see the code for the page. Others have no issue opening the pages - it’s apparently just me.
My efforts to resolve this so far have been…
- Cleared caches and rebooted PCs
- Rebooted Xfinity router
- Accessed the page on three different PCs - Windows 10 and 11
- Tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge - including incognito windows
- Disabled all extensions
- Tried accessing with a VPN
- Disabled AV/FW
- Checked the hosts file, just in case
- Uninstalled Norton 360 completely and installed AVG
- Connected a PC to the Internet using my ATT hotspot instead of the Xfinity network
I’m probably forgetting some steps, but I can’t think of what other common denominators exist.
I used the Inspect devtool and found some errors, but I can't figure them out.

Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform
A page or script is accessing at least one of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform. Starting in Chrome 101, the amount of information available in the User Agent string will be reduced.
To fix this issue, replace the usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform with feature detection, progressive enhancement, or migrate to navigator.userAgentData.
Note that for performance reasons, only the first access to one of the properties is shown.

Hello @Darwinized. I am sad to hear you are having issues getting to the website you want to go to. It has been a couple of days since you reached out. Were you able to get this resolved, or are you still in need of help?
