I messaged Xfinity through the app to try and get the promotion for $50 a month for 1gb internet for 5 years. After some back and forth in the chat, the associate basically told me I could go to a different provider because there was nothing else to do for the price. Kind of ironic that they thank you for being a loyal customer, however will lose a customer. Very disappointing
