OFDM Channel
Hey guys, had a question. I was paying for 1 gig service recently and was receiving the advertised speeds. One day I decided to upgrade my service to 2 gig. Since do so my internet speed has drop from 1 gig to the low 10-15 MB with inter speed test. My upload actually increased from 30 MB to know receiving over 100 MB. Got 2 technicians to come to my house and both troubleshooted my router, did hard restarts and replaced the modem with both technicians. Test cable from the box to the modem. Indicated that I was getting full speed to the modem. My speed hasn't improved at all. I went to the modem GUI and was locking at my downstream values and noticed my channel 193 OFDM was locked but not receiving a SNR value and it's currently at 0. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? Family members have been complaining about the internet. Thanks in advance!
