Numerous Internet issues for the last month

I need help with my

Internet as it is not working or having outages for an entire month while trying to work. I have had the equipment replaced and still having issues. I should not be charged for the last month and I need somebody to review might pricing as well. I am at the point of finding another provider due to being unable to get in contact with anybody outside of a the virtual assistant that hasn’t helped.
