NOW200 not working

I upgraded from NOW100 to NOW200. I did the troubleshooting with the Assistant but my service still gets the old speed after troubleshooting. Please verify that my account is provisioned for NOW200 and refresh the speed provisioning on my gateway. If it’s already provisioned, please open a ticket and give me the case number because it is still stuck on NOW100. Chat is not helpful.

Greetings! NOW services are traditionally fully support through the Xfinity Assistant, but we can check to see what bootfile is on the device from our end.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.

I got the AI Assistant to connect me with a real agent, and they provisioned my router for the higher speed. Seems like you all need to fix the promise that once a user makes an order to upgrade from NOW100 to NOW200, it is NOT automatic.

Anyway, the issue is resolved. Thx
