NOW wifi Pass failed to connect MacBook. No splash page.

My macbook has been working well for a month, then failed to connect lately. My TV could never be connected as it returned 404 for login page. My iphone and windows11 are online. Signal strong, no VPN used.

The syptoms are exactly the same as another post mentioned 4 months ago. The login page does not come up, force redirect will not work. Forget network and restart will not work on their own. I have tried everything  I could find online. If I call the number no human can be reached. Seems like NOW wifi pass has no NOW wifi pass department to be reached anywhere. I chat online and they could not help with NOW Wifi Pass.

I am posting here, not very hopefully though, to bring some attention that there is a probably HUGE bug with some devices (like macbook) in the NOW wifi Pass system.
