NOW Internet Account Conflict – Open Order Preventing Service Activation
Dear NOW Internet Support,
I am contacting you regarding an account issue that is preventing me from accessing and activating my NOW Internet service.
I previously used NOW Internet at this address last year and would like to use the service again this year.
On August 13, I attempted to delete my previous account and create a new account to purchase NOW Internet service. However, I encountered an error during the process.
I also attempted to purchase/activate NOW Internet service with assistance from customer support. At the end of the process, the system displayed the message:
“There is an open order for this address.”
I contacted customer support by phone, and the representative was able to see my service address in the system and confirmed that there appears to be internet service associated with the address. The representative also told me that there is an account conflict in the system. However, they were unable to restart or activate my internet equipment.
The main problem is that:
- My service address does not appear under my Xfinity account.
- When I try to use Link Account to connect the service to my account, the system is unable to verify or locate my service address.
- Customer support can see the address and service on their side, but I cannot access or manage that service from my account.
- When attempting to purchase service, the system says “there is an open order for this address.”
- Because of this account conflict/open order, I am currently unable to activate or use my NOW Internet service.
Could you please investigate the open order associated with my service address, as well as the account and service-address association? If there is a stuck, duplicate, or conflicting order/account in the system, please clear or correct it and properly link my NOW Internet service to my account.
My goal is simply to restore NOW Internet service at this address as soon as possible.
I am happy to provide my service address, account information, equipment information, or any other details needed to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your assistance.
