Not seeing 10G upload speeds
I have the 1.2 Gbps service and I am able to achieve that easily every day. What hasn’t changed since 10G roll out in my area is upload speeds. I am stuck at the older upload speeds of around 70 mbps and not close to the 200 Mbps. I have a speed test that runs daily at 8AM and it is consistently around 70 Mbps whilst download gets 1.2 Gbps or higher (it tests directly from my router). The same is confirmed manually from a hardwired PC (using the Xfinity app) and by the Xfinity app testing from the Xfinity gateway itself. Based on that I am confident about the test results.
I was excited about the 10G increasing upload speeds that I even went out and swapped in an XFi Gateway instead of my own modem. Any help?

Hello @user_f63fa1. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums support, and for the detailed information you have provided. Working from home myself, I definitely understand wanting to get the most out of the upload speeds once the are has been upgraded on the enhanced network. When you purchased your own modem, did you confirm it was a certified compatible modem for the speed: https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/#unauth? When you're connecting your device(s) and running the speed test, is that hard-wired or through a WiFi connection?

What modem did Xfinity give you? I’m on a xb8 and I can pull down 200+ when my household is sleeping. When everyone is up and streaming etc it drops down to 150ish.
