Not receiving the expected upload.
I recently moved to a new address. I'm on the same plan I've been on. I've sent a restart and restarted the modem by unplug, but I'm receiving 30 upload at most when it should be 100-120+. I pay for 200.
I purchased a hitron coda56 capable modem a while ago and at the old address it was fine.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
