not getting upload speeds

I am not getting my new upload speeds of 300 mb per second. I have a netgear cm 3000 and my upload speeds at router are only 40 mb per second. Download speeds are correct.

Have you rebooted the modem lately ? If so, get in touch with their Customer service Dept. and have them check and confirm that the provisioning and the backend account data in their database is correct and complete and that the correct configuration / bootfile for your subscribed to speed tier is being pushed to the modem.

Thank you for providing your account details Joseph, so I could locate you in our system. We need to complete one final account security step. The process requires me to send a message with a security code to the primary email or mobile number on the account. You'd need to provide that code back to me within 15 minutes of it being sent. If now is a good time, which works best for you?

I too have similar issues. Recently upgraded to a CM3000 and is working appropriately for downloads but require provisioning for the enhanced upload speeds.  Two Xfinity stores advise me I’m on Gigabit Extra plan and could not modify it to Gigabit plan that can allow for the download speed upgrade.  Enhanced speed is available in my community, specifically on my block.

Seeking assistance on upgrading upload speeds.  Thank you in advance.
