Not getting the speed I paid for
Hello,
I am currently on an 800MB download / 20 MB upload plan. However, upon running a speed test, I am getting a maximum of 200 mb download. Currently, I have an intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz wifi chip on my motherboard. My router is only about 10 feet away from my PC and there are no items obstructing my PC. When running the same speed test on my iPhone, I am getting the same result of 200 Mb download. I am using the Wifi gateway modem given to me by Xfinity. Any help would be appreciated.

Many factors can impact speeds over Wi-Fi which is why we've created this amazing internet troubleshooting checklist that may help. You can also troubleshoot your Xfinity internet using the Xfinity app. One thing to keep in mind when testing speeds is that it's always best to test using a device directly connected to your modem for the most accurate results.
