not getting the internet speed I am paying for
was getting about 389 megs before a service upgrade in my area. Now since then and with the latest wi fi modem barely getting high 80's..have restarted a million times, no help, .please explain if you can?????
Help with the assistant is useless as is trying to get anywhere with the auto attendant idiot.
