Not getting speeds i paid for.

My plan says i should be getting 1100 mpbs download and 300mbps upload speeds.
but im only getting 40 mbps upload not 300 and the Xfinity help chats are throwing me around from agent to agent and im not able to send screenshots from the xfinity website proving these are the speeds i should be getting, they just keep saying they dont offer those upload speeds on any plans.

Where and who can i send this picture to.

What is the model number of your modem or gateway? Do you meet all the requirements in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/upload-speeds/677b01a7121aae71d76926bf?commentId=677b05b23423b47b4071a8d0&replyId=677bd66e7699a97c89069e62 to get the faster upload speeds of NextGen/Enhanced Speed service?

its the netgear CAX80 ...

That's not one of the devices in the post I linked above and so won't provide NextGen/Enhanced upload speeds. You gotta have compatible hardware and meet the other requirements.
