Not getting quoted upload speeds with xFi Complete equipment

I switched from using my own modem and router to using the xFi Complete gateway equipment. I did this to get unlimited data and also increase the upload speeds from 10mbps to 100mbps. My download speeds were to stay the same at 400mbps.

After switching my equipment, my upload speeds did not increase. I have spent over 3 hours on two different support calls trying to troubleshoot this issue. The last agent said that I would need a technician to come to my home for further troubleshooting and that it could cost $100.

Does anyone have any experience switching from your own equipment to xFi complete and getting faster uploads? Does anyone know if there's a specific department I need to talk to or something specific I need to say to get them to update my account?

Hey there, @gray-nothing. The upload speeds would not change just from switching to our xFi Complete. We are upgrading our infrastructure around the country to improve all speeds and reliability. You can learn more about that here: https://www.xfinity.com/10g.
