Not getting my upload speed

I pay for gigabyte internet and instead of getting 30  or 35  mbps upload speed I am now getting 6 mbps with every test I do.

Why is this happening? I've already tried all of the fixes but nothing. I'm not calling Comcast support to be told to reset my modem a million times and being moved to a different department every five minutes. I noticed that I was getting 6 Mbps a few days ago and nothing has changed since then.

I can provide whatever information is necessary.

What do you get for the download speed with a computer hardwired directly to the modem with an ethernet cable ?

Right now I'm getting somewhere between 600-750 mbps download and  5 mbps upload. This is having my computer directly connected to the modem too.
